Who We Are

Hello and welcome! My name is Nily Samara, and I am a junior studying at the International Academy Okma. I saw my first ballet performance, the famous Nutcracker, at six years old. Since then, I've fallen in love with the art and understood that pursuing my passion is the key to maximizing my potential and leaving a lasting impact on the communities close to me. This is where the initial idea for Ballet Bridges came from.

Ballet Bridges is more than an organization—it's the beginning of a movement to fill all types of gaps around the world. I am working to make ballet available to everyone, regardless of background or financial standing, by working with foster communities, special education schools, refugee centers, and more to provide free quality classes. Ballet can have a transformative effect on people's lives, and I believe that every child should have the opportunity to explore their creativity, develop new skills, and build self-confidence through dance. This is why my mission for Ballet Bridges is to provide the underprivileged youth in my community access to free high-quality ballet classes in a safe and supportive environment.
